Another creative initiative of the AT&LU is to establish a viable work from home policy. From since the global health pandemic and the resulting restrictions, especially those that impacted how we were allowed to work, the way we once conceptualize work has significantly changed. Working from home has now become more accepted as a feasible and an effective means by which employees can operate and produce even more effectively and efficiently.
Our Work from home Policy set forth the guidelines by which an employee works at home, the obligation of the employer, the expectations of the employee etc.
The policy is designed to be flexible and as such could be used by multiple professions. So, teachers who will be having virtual classes while schools are closed during the SIDS Conference, this policy would be good for you.
